K++ Universal Fire Ring Complete Deluxe Fire Table/ Fire Pit Kit w/ Key Valve Control-ability, Hoses and all Fittings for Already Plumbed Natural Gas/ LP Installation! Includes the Burner Mounting Kit and Everything Except the Burner Itself. 

K++ (Description for Natural Gas Use) Designed to be connected to an incoming gas supply located at or very near (for smaller burners) the fire feature as it's important to have larger incoming supply lines running longer than 3 feet from the pit.

K++ (Description for Propane/ LP Gas Use)  Designed to be connected to an incoming gas supply located at the pit. Same kit as for natural gas but the exception with Propane is the hose lengths can be much much longer and smaller diameter as LP is a hi-pressure gas.

 

Our K++ kits connect to the supply with 1/2" female adapters, a 3' hose to the Key Valve, a 3' hose to the burner and mounting kit, and all the fittings in between. The Key Valve also comes with a decorative cover plate and 3" long key. In the event you are mounting your key valve thru any surface thicker than 3", its advised to see our PRODUCT/ OPTIONS page on our site, where you can choose to make this a PRO kit, can change to up to 50' hose lengths, can change the cover plate color, add longer length keys and/or a coupling to easily extend the key shaft.

  1. PHA12F Brass Fitting - Converts 1/2" Male Gas Supply Pipe to 3/8 Flare Hose
  2. (2) 3 Foot  Thermoplastic / Rubber Hi-Pressure Flexible Gas Hoses (3/8 Brass Female Flare Ends )
    • OPTIONS - Choose Different Length or Material Hose
  3. PHA12F-90 & (2) PHA12M Brass Fittings -  (PHA12F-90 Converts Mounting Kits 1/2" Thread to Hose Flare & PHA12M Convert Key Valve to 3/8 Hose Flare )
    • OPTIONS - Choose Different Size Flare, Angled, or Straight Fittings
  4.  1/2" Key Valve, 3" Key and Cover Plate
    • OPTIONS - Choose Straight/ Angled or 3/4 Valve, Different Color Cover Plate & Key Lengths, Shaft Extension Fitting
  5.  FRMK - Fire Burner Mounting Kit 4" Fully Threaded Nipple & (2) 2.5" Threaded Washers - Burner Can be Adjusted Up or Down 3"
    • OPTIONS - Extend Mounting Shaft Additional 4" by adding another Nipple (NIP4) and A Coupling (PHA12FF) - gives up to 6-7" Up/ Down Flexibility on burner mounting.

 

THIS DELUXE K++ KIT WORKS WITH BOTH PROPANE OR NATURAL GAS with NO Orifices Needed to Switch Between Gases.
